Deeply involved in daily operations, Jonathan ensures his teams receive the tailored support needed to drive success. His leadership and dedication are instrumental in achieving operational excellence and fostering continuous improvement. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys cooking, music, reading, and spending valuable time with his wife and three children.
